They continue their work throughout the construction phase, working with all on-site construction trades, such as bricklayers and plant operatives, up to and including the final completion activities of the project. Their work includes setting out and preparing the sub-surfaces ready for the structural work to begin, installing drainage systems, concreting, constructing roads and pathways and carrying out the finished hard landscaping. Groundworkers are able to transfer between heavy construction and civil engineering sites as well as house buildings, commercial buildings and general building sites. Groundworkers work for all types of construction companies, from small subcontractors to large main contractors.

The Community Activator Coach will assist the centres in delivering and growing their dry side sports provision which includes, social events, swimming and climbing.
This will include planning activities as well as delivering feedback to participants and their parents as required.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our organisation as a Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprentice. This role sits within our classroom support team and plays a vital part in supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning and thrive within the school environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Premier line manager, class teachers, the SENCo and wider support staff to provide targeted support for pupils, either on a one-to-one basis or within small groups. The role is designed to combine practical, hands-on experience in school with structured apprenticeship training, enabling the apprentice to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence required to progress within education or SEND support.
Key responsibilities include supporting learning activities, helping pupils to engage positively in the classroom, promoting independence and assisting with the implementation of individual support plans.
