Apprentice Electrical Engineer
Working alongside experienced members of the DSH Cables & Controls team, the new apprentice recruits will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Learning to interpret and work from electrical schematic drawings Building and assembling electrical control panels Verifying and testing electrical and electronic control panels Installing and mounting wiring enclosures Packing panels ready for dispatch to customers Opportunities to go out on-site and support with rectifying any faults Booking goods in and goods out Keeping the workshop clean and tidyTraining:
The candidate will follow a Level 3 Apprenticeship programme and study towards a full standard as an Engineering Fitter. This training will be structured and delivered by Cheshire College - South & West.
The apprentice will report to, and be supported to learn by, DSH Cables & Controls senior management team mentors.
Training Outcome:
A full-time job awaits candidates on successful completion of apprenticeship.

Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm Friday 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
