You will contribute to the development and maintenance of user guides, training materials and FAQ documents tailored to customer and staff needs, ensuring they are updated with each service release.
It will be key for you to engage with internal staff to secure their support for new technologies.
Working alongside our experienced staff, you will assist during go-live periods through direct support and floor walking. This includes being involved with the development of our Digital Champions team.
Training:
The learner will attend a weekly two-hour online theory session on MS Teams with Learn Tech.
Throughout your 15-month apprenticeship (inclusive of the end point assessment period), we will allocate you a workplace mentor to give you guidance and support in completing.
Training Outcome:
There is no guarantee of a permanent role at the end of the apprenticeship; however, managers will make every effort to create opportunities where budget and resources allow.
