The apprentice will observe children's development and interests and contribute to planning and providing age-appropriate activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). They will learn and follow the setting's policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, food hygiene, infection control, safer sleep and equality and inclusion. They will attend staff meetings and training and complete their apprenticeship learning and assessments alongside their practical work. As their knowledge and experience develop, the apprentice will be given increasing responsibility appropriate to their level of competence, while always working within the required ratios, safeguarding procedures and supervision arrangements. As part of your apprenticeship, you'll gain experience across all areas of both Flexo and Litho printing.
Your main area of focus will be learning to operate our printing presses. We have a number of 8-10 colour Flexographic presses and a 10 colour Lithographic press, and you'll receive hands-on training from our experienced operators to develop the skills needed to become a printer.

The Role
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of advanced plant machinery, supporting customers across the region both on-site and in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing plant machinery
Servicing breakdowns and scheduled maintenance on customer sites
Carrying out routine servicing and compliance inspections
Providing a high level of technical support and customer service
Managing your own workload effectively in a field-based role
