The Production Administrator will work closely with the Stock Controller, Storeman & Production Manager to ensure the smooth workflow of Production related administration.
With the aim to develop and have more responsibility during yourapprenticeship, the role includes:
Administration of production works orders in the company ERP system
Issuing stock to works orders based on actual usages
Receipting works orders to stock
Generating new works orders, based on system supply and demand
The production administrator will work with the production manager and stock controller in all production related administration
Raising purchase orders in line with manufacturing demands
Liaising with suppliers via email and telephone regarding purchase orders and delivery dates as required
Ensuring that the policies of the company are observed and that good practice is encouraged, particularly in the areas of health & safety, equal opportunities and confidentiality
In order for the production administrator to gauge a full appreciation of the whole business operations at Chem Resist, it is expected that the right candidate will also spend some time training in other functions, such as accounts, goods in & projects administration
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the organisation which is relevant to your post within the company to meet the overall business objectives

Role responsibilities will include: -
· Design, manufacture and installation of a variety of on-site metal fabricated items such as protective barriers, doors, gates, fixtures in warehouses.
· Accident repair of Boughey’s approx. 365-strong fleet of quality trailers which travel up and down the UK every day.
· Other general maintenance around the site, including some electrical and mechanical repairs (full training will be given).

The role of a Dental Nurse is to assist the dentist with all clinical aspects of the surgery.
This includes but is not limited to:
Greeting and caring for all patients in a polite and courteous manner at all times
Work closely with the dentist in a professional and appropriate manner
Provide chair-side assistance during all dental procedures
Update computer records and taking notes
Cleaning surgeries to a high level, maintaining strict cross-infection controls
Preparing instruments and materials during treatments
You will be earning whilst learning during your apprenticeship. The dental practice will give you all of the practical knowledge you will need in order to qualify as a dental nurse and the training provider (Harriet Ellis) will teach you all of the theory side.Training:The Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship offers employment within a dental practice with an accompanying assessment and skills development programme. It will develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours of the learner to operate competently in all aspects of clinical responsibilities.
It will also provide you with the relevant qualification to apply for professional registration as a dental nurse to the General Dental Council (GDC).
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End-Point Assessment.
