Retail & Asset Solutions are currently recruiting Clothing Merchandisers to join our Store Support Merchandising team. You will be working on-site at a leading national supermarket, supporting the store with unpacking deliveries, pre-sorting and replenishment of back stock. Ensuring rails are fully stocked and customer service is delivered to a high standard across the clothing department.
Working Pattern:
Between 1 to 5 shifts a week (Monday to Saturday) dependant on schedule needs
4-hour shifts, typically 5pm - 9pm (with a 15-minute paid break).
Induction during the first week (daytime hours).

Understanding of process control methods, flowmeters, level monitors, and other process controls within a batch manufacturing process. Ability to read and interpret process drawings (process flow diagrams and P&ID's). PLC with ladder logic analysis. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. PC usage with MS Office Suite (AutoCAD experience a plus). Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills both written and verbal. Experience with controls design. To give the successful candidate a wide scope of experience, their 15 month apprenticeship will be split across two teams within the marketing department. They will spend the first half of their apprenticeship within a client facing team, where they will get to understand that particular sector and how we plan and deliver marketing initiatives to achieve their business objectives.
The second half of the apprenticeship will be sat in a specialist team within our centres of excellence model.
