Main responsibilities and tasksSupport for pupils1. Under the specific supervision of the class teacher, to work with individuals and groups of pupils to deliver learning programmes taking into account SEN additional requirements, where necessary.2. To encourage pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher, which may include participating in physical activities with the pupils.3. Working closely with other professionals and following their designed programme for individual pupils i.e. occupational health, speech therapists and physiotherapists.4. 8. To provide regular feedback to teachers and to other professionals on pupils’ achievement and progress.9. To provide feedback on pupils in relation to progress and achievement under guidance of the teacher. This may include feedback on pupil progress in meeting pupil passporttargets.10. To administer and mark routine assessments or tests under the guidance of the class teacher and in line with the school’s marking policy.11. To be aware of the planning of learning activities.12.
