Training:This is a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship which is delivered over an 18-month period. You will be required to attend an initial induction period and training workshops at the training site, In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge, WS9 8UG, followed by monthly assessor visits to you in your company.Training Outcome:

As an apprentice, you'll provide roadside assistance, performdiagnostics, and carry out repairs, all while effectively communicating with our members to ensure they get back on the road.
Our mobile mechanics also complete services, repairs, and diagnostics at customers' homes or workplaces, offering a diverse range of experiences.
Throughout your qualification, you'll have access to a fully equipped, state-of-the-art company vehicle and complete tool kit, which will ensure you have the tools needed to succeed and grow.

Successful candidates will by employed by the RAC and will attend college on a block basis in Enfield, working towards achieving their Level 2 Autocare Technician apprenticeship.
The programme combines college learning with hands-on training led by experienced apprentice team leaders.
