To undertake the Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative course and develop and execute the knowledge, skills, and behaviours relevant to their duties in this role, through training.

Eyewear Production Manager - Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Managing the full end-to-end production of all Bespoke and Bespoke+ orders, received via stores or online via the company App
Creating small commercial runs of frames
Managing the production of all prototypes, samples and experimental frames
Overseeing the production of technical drawings and CNC drawings
Operating equipment such as in-house CNC machine, lasercutter, barrels, bridge bumpers, etc.
Recruiting the workshop team, hiring, training and developing the team, including managing the rotas and resource requirements
Managing all frame repairs and ‘rehab’ services, as well as frame matting, nosepads additions and other adjustments

We have an in-house Finance function that supports the Speciality business, covering the full range of Finance activities:
Recording transactions
Collecting cash
Paying suppliers
Management reporting
Statutory reporting

As an apprentice you will spend time learning accounting the basic concepts of transactional accounting which could include activities such as processing payments and investigating purchase orders in our accounts payable team and creating sales invoices and chasing outstanding payments with accounts receivable colleagues.

You will work closely with our main designer & business development team and learn a variety of skills, in design, client expectation & marketing needed to thrive in this role. The candidate, if successful, will use design software to create artwork for use on vehicles, signage and exhibitions.
The candidate will also manage a business presence on a number of social media platforms, this will only be a small part of their role. The candidate will receive training from experienced managers with marketing and graphic design experience.
