To maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment at the site, liaising with third party suppliers where appropriate, including (but not limited to) the vertical cable car, CCTV, heating / cooling (HVAC), AV / sound system, Fire systems, Intruder alarm systems, access control system etc.
To complete the daily start up checks and cleaning for the vertical cable before the start of the daily operation (including climbing up ladders to reach the basement or top of the tower)
To support the Facilities and Maintenance manager when required with the management of a number of key third party facilities contracts including (but not limited to) Poma, remote monitoring/ security, CCTV, IT support and rope access to ensure they comply with the terms of service level agreements
To collaborate with the Operational team, Sales team and Procurement Manager to ensure the smooth running of the operation
To assist in the monitoring of all faults and any ride downtime
To assist with the completion of preventative maintenance schedule
What we are looking for:
You will have the ability to react well under pressure and to stay calm and rational in emergency situations
You will have the aptitude to learn new systems, understand technical manuals, and you will enjoy technical problem solving and being an expert in systems
You will be a team player with great communication skills, with a hands on attitude, willing to muck in and to help out to make sure that the venue stays open and the operation runs smoothly at all times
You must be a self-starter who is able to work without direct day-to-day supervision, but equally you must be a team player able to work effectively with colleagues at i360, at our suppliers and broader team
A full passport with the right to travel to Europe without needing a visa
This role requires a high level of physical fitness, as it involves manual handling and climbing on ladders. Therefore, you will be required to pass a fitness test, occupational health screening and medical assessment

Overview
We are currently looking for an IT Operations Technician. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day running of service desk and workplace to level 1. Will perform regular checks to ensure the smooth functioning of these areas. Proactively monitor the helpdesk and ensure that urgent and critical alerts are attended to and completed, ensuring we are meeting our SLA's.
Roles & Responsibilities
Resolving Level 1 support tickets and escalating further if necessary
Helpdesk administration and users training
User accounts & administration and documentation
Deployment of client end point hardware
Supporting Level 2 Technicians with patching, updates, monitoring for outages and backups where necessary.
Always following global processes and procedures and aid in their future development
Assist with the implementations of global IT solutions projects.
Coordinate with other IT departments & facility managers as necessary
Participate in continuous service improvement activities, assisting with root cause analysis
Skills Required
Technical skills - 2 years' service desk experience including working knowledge of computer software and hardware, basic understanding of servers and infrastructure.
Communication skills - Strong written and verbal communicator, able to communicate with team members, management personnel, and end users throughout the organization.
Problem-solving skills - Good problem-solving skills required, especially when it comes to directly addressing user issues with software, hardware.
Personal Development - Ability to work with a never die attitude and willing and able to put the effort for personal development and growth in line with the business requirements.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $50,000 and $54,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

As an Apprentice Digital Printer, you'll gain essential industry knowledge and hands-on experience operating digital printing machinery. You will also learn key post-press finishing processes, including trimming, coating, folding, binding, and quality control, ensuring high-quality finished products. In addition to the Apprenticeship Standard syllabus, you will:
Receive hands on training on both small and large format printers
Understand the culture, values and processes of the printing and graphic communication industry
Develop technical knowledge of print industry practices
Deal with customer expectations, resolving problems and ensuring quality
Transfer data files, setting up digital presses for production and carrying out various print finishing duties
Work in accordance with company quality procedures at all times to ensure compliance with working practices and standards
Once trained, show you have the ability to operate machinery in the most effective & safe manner
Notify supervisor of any discrepancies or errors
Ensure the allocated machinery/equipment you use is checked before use
Clean the machines and doing minor maintenance
Adhere to health and safety, environmental requirements and laws
Under the supervision of a friendly team who will support your training and give guidance as necessary
Training:Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the qualification obtained will be a Level 3 Print Technician Apprenticeship Standard (press pathway). The apprentice will be given sufficient time to undertake their off-the-job requirement of the apprenticeship.
Throughout your time as an apprentice, you will be supported by both Propack Direct Mail and the BPIF. You will be assigned a tutor to ensure that you have the best training available.
