On this 3-year apprenticeship programme, you’ll get to work on all types of communication equipment, IT and computer networks, repairing and restoring vital communication systems and services for our customers.
During this time, you will earn a competitive apprentice wage, gain technical experience in the workplace and obtain academic qualifications.

Our Level 4 Finance Higher Apprenticeship scheme aims to develop A-level or equivalent qualified individuals into Chartered Management Accountants with a broad understanding of all aspects of finance and how these fit into the wider business organisation. Training:The classroom training for the ICT apprenticeship comprises of 4 modules. Each module takes 1 week and the apprentice will attend this in an online classroom with their designated JBC trainer.
The full 5 days will be required during the training weeks, and the apprentice must be in a quiet, suitable environment for learning to take place. This can either be in the workplace or at home. The class sizes are small (Max 10 learners) so that discussions and assessments can take place between apprentices, peers and trainers.

The role within Dimensional Control is based on core industrial engineering and metrology knowledge, working in an industry leading metrology team. Supporting all facilities and systems in order to produce quality products.

QA’s Junior Developer Level 3 apprenticeship develops digital skills and provide the technical grounding needed to become a well-rounded, entry-level programmer. Junior Developers work as part of a software development team to build simple software components on web, mobile or desktop apps to be used by other members of the team as part of larger software development projects.
QA’s Junior Developer Level 3 apprenticeship programme enables the apprentice to:
Explore a wide range of skills including Python, C#, Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, Microservices and cloud
Interpret simple design requirements for discrete components of a project under supervision
Implement code which other team members have developed to produce required components
Gain the following qualifications upon successful completion of the Junior Developer Level 3 programme:
Software Development Technician Level 3
BCS Certificate in Systems Development Context and Methodologies
BCS Certificate in Programming

Day to day tasks will always vary, but will normally include:
Servicing
MOT’s
Vehicle maintenance
Observing and assisting technicians
Car technicians will be expected to see whether components and systems are secure and working properly
The Car Technicians jobs fall into three categories:
Servicing – working to manufacturer servicing guidelines to ensure vehicle running at optimum performance
Maintenance - replacing parts that have wear and tear before they fail
Repair - diagnosing the reason for vehicle failure and fixing the problem
Training:
Not only will apprentices be working and be trained within the garage, but they will also attend a Ford approved college four times a year for two-week periods to work towards achieving their Ford Masters Technical Certificate at standard Level 3
Before the Standard is met, all apprentices must hold a certificate that meets the EU’s 2014 F-gas regulation.
Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End-Point Assessment.
An Allocated Skills Coach will visit at least every 28 days as part of a close support network to ensure that apprentices are both enjoying and succeeding in their course.Training Outcome:A full-time career within the automotive industry with many opportunities to progress to positions of responsibility including a Service Manager, Master Technician and Dealership Principles.
