The Facilities Team Leader will be responsible for managing day to day activities of the facilities and site service team. * Proven experience in both detailed and outline design of data centres for single-occupier and co-location schemes.
* Experience across all project phases, from initial masterplanning through to final delivery stages.
* Ideally have UK construction experience, Revit skills, and industrial sector knowledge.
* Comfortable working on-site five days a week.
