Extra Works Supervisor – Tottenham Court Road, London – £40,000 to £42,000

CBW is working with a leading Facilities Management provider seeking an experienced Extra Works Supervisor to join the team at a prestigious commercial building near Tottenham Court Road, London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong M&E or Facilities Management background to take responsibility for coordinating and delivering additional works and small projects within a busy commercial environment. You will oversee subcontractors, manage quotations and project budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and work closely with the Extra Works Manager to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Overseeing the delivery of extra works and small M&E projects across the buildingPlanning and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and resourcesPreparing quotations, managing costs and monitoring project budgetsEnsuring all works comply with health and safety regulations, CDM and QHSE requirementsMonitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Extra Works ManagerManaging project documentation and obtaining client sign-offLiaising with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryEnsuring works are completed on time, within budget and to the required standardRequirements
Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience within M&E, Facilities Management or constructionPrevious experience overseeing extra works or small projects within commercial buildingsStrong understanding of health and safety legislation and CDM regulationsExperience managing subcontractors, quotations and project budgetsExcellent communication and organisational skillsGood commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projectsSMSTS qualification – desirableIOSH Managing Safely – desirablePackage & Benefits
