GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Education and Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the overall programming design, implementation, and evaluation, facilitating the professional development and continuous learning of new and existing employees. The Education and Community Outreach Coordinator will significantly contribute to achieving and maintaining company-wide, innovative programming supporting key initiatives, including education and apprenticeship opportunities, safety, and community outreach. The Education and Community Outreach Coordinator will be the point of contact for all RISE-related issues and coordinate communication between employees, stakeholders, and outside partners. The Education and Community Outreach Coordinator will build, strengthen, and maintain strategic partnerships to provide opportunities for existing employees and potential employees from traditionally underrepresented and underserved communities to participate in programs designed to expose them to career paths in the roofing industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job's essential or principal functions and responsibilities. Include all critical aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all RISE program initiatives.
Actively strive to foster and maintain a workplace climate that is supportive and respectful of employees and creates a learning environment for students that encourages personal development, growth, and success.
Develop marketing messages and strategies to promote engagement and participation to elevate new and existing employees. Assist with the design and development of marketing and promotional materials. Ensure all communications reach different generations, diverse populations, and various levels of education.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing data, maintaining program records, and monitoring participant progress.
Continually measure the impact of activities and adapt and refine the program of delivery as necessary.
Establish metrics and benchmark data, develop reports for specific programs, and report outcomes to employees, stakeholders, and outside partners.
Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships.
Continually explore ways to develop new resources and partnerships.
Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and collaborate with WTI and external agencies to deliver effective solutions.
Develop and manage a mentor program that inspires and supports new participants.
Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and external partners.
Create a participant satisfaction survey and annual program report.
Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and budget requests.
Travel as needed to represent RISE/WTI at student and employee recruiting events, career fairs, conferences, and other similar gatherings (up to 50% travel).
Maintain working knowledge of emerging national trends and best practices in the industry, as well as in outreach, pre-college initiatives, and education related to employee success.
Collaborate with WTI management to continually develop and implement process improvements, aligning programming to meet current and future company needs.
Support WTI in advocacy, strategy, and community efforts.
May participate in community and education-related committees to further the goals of WTI Education and Community Outreach program(s).
Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Support Worker/Teaching Assistant – Complex Care (Child)

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly team of established carers who support a young lady in her family home and at school (which she attends a minimum of four days a week). Our client loves to have people around her who are high-energy, fun, and do not mind being a little silly, while always keeping her well-being at the centre of everything they do. She is an incredible young lady who has an acquired brain injury and requires support with all activities of daily living, including personal care, medication administration, the administration of feeds, and therapies such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy. The role will involve overseeing all health-related and social support, including all aspects of her health, well-being, and therapies as required.
We are keen for the ideal candidate to support our client both at home and in school as a Teaching Assistant dedicated solely to her, on a supply TA contract directly with the school. We are looking for carers who can deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client. You will need to be an excellent team player, as two Healthcare Assistants are rostered for each shift. You will also be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Manager, who is on hand to guide the team, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered while providing each team member with an excellent pathway for professional development.
We are looking for carers with experience in the following; however, this is not essential, as thorough training will be provided:

. Medication administration

. Excellent written and verbal English communication

Are you an experienced Industrial Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer or EC&I Engineer who enjoys solving complex electrical and automation problems?
We're recruiting for an established engineering business supporting industrial plants, manufacturing facilities and heavy process environments across the UK.
This opportunity would suit a hands-on engineer with strong industrial electrical experience who is comfortable working with PLC-controlled machinery, motor control systems, variable speed drives and industrial automation equipment.
Whether your background is in electrical maintenance, industrial installations, commissioning or controls engineering, we're interested in engineers who can diagnose faults, understand how machinery operates and deliver practical solutions.
The Role
As an Industrial Electrical & Controls Engineer, you'll work across a variety of industrial sites, supporting electrical installations, fault diagnosis, control-system improvements and commissioning activities.
Your responsibilities may include:
Diagnose and resolve electrical and control-system faults across industrial machinery and production equipment.
Work with PLC-controlled systems, identifying faults within automated processes and associated electrical equipment.
Support the installation, modification and commissioning of industrial electrical and control systems.
Fault-find on motor control centres, electrical panels, three-phase motors and variable speed drives.
Investigate issues involving sensors, instrumentation, safety circuits and control equipment.
Assist with PLC, HMI and SCADA troubleshooting, configuration and system improvements.
Support machinery upgrades, automation improvements and the replacement of obsolete equipment.
Work alongside engineers, contractors and site teams to minimise downtime and improve plant reliability.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and control-system documentation.
What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
Experience working with three-phase motors, VSDs, control panels, MCCs and industrial electrical systems.
Practical experience fault-finding on PLC-controlled machinery.
An understanding of industrial automation, control circuits, sensors and instrumentation.
The ability to diagnose electrical faults systematically and work independently on industrial sites.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
Controls & Automation Experience
Experience in any of the following would be particularly valuable:
Siemens, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider or Mitsubishi PLC systems.
PLC fault-finding, software modifications or programming.
HMI and SCADA systems.
Industrial instrumentation and process control.
Variable speed drives, motor control and automated machinery.
Control panel design, wiring or modifications.
You don't need to be an expert PLC programmer to be considered. Engineers with strong industrial electrical experience and practical PLC fault-finding capability are encouraged to apply.
Equally, experienced Controls or Automation Engineers looking for a varied, hands-on industrial engineering role would be very well suited.
Relevant Industry Backgrounds

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications could include:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering
Electrical or Electronic Engineering HNC/HND
Recognised electrical apprenticeship
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Additional industrial safety training, such as IPAF, PASMA or site safety passports, would be advantageous.
