You will be responsible for delivering Sailing, Rowing and Powerboat Training sessions to our beneficiaries on the Tidal River Thames.
You will receive the opportunity to gain a number of RYA (Royal Yachting Association) and BR (British Rowing) qualifications such as the Dingy Instructors, Powerboat Level 2, Safety Boat, First Aid and many more. Duties for a Lettings Apprentice, on an average day will include:• Emails to landlords for compliance renewals, gas safety certificates, EPCs and EICRS• Booking inspections in the diary and writing to tenants• Confirming inspections with tenants on the day of appointment• Confirming viewings with viewers on day of viewing• Finalising move in packs and then filing away• General office filing• Key auditsTraining:Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard (can include Level 2 elements if required)Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release.
