Level 3 Engineering Fitter Apprenticeship

Kickstart your engineering career with an apprenticeship at Templant Rental Power. Join a fast-moving, supportive team and gain practical, hands-on experience working with generators. As an apprentice, you’ll play an active role in our daily operations, helping to service, maintain, and prepare equipment in our workshop. You’ll be trained to carry out inspections, identify faults, and carry out repairs, all under the guidance of our experienced engineers. Over time, you’ll develop in-depth technical knowledge of a wide range of systems from diesel-powered generators to advanced battery storage solutions. This is a structured role that combines real-world experience with college-based learning, working towards a engineering qualification. Templant will provide all necessary training, PPE, and ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship. You’ll join a team that values safety, learning, and teamwork where no two days are the same, and your growth is a priority.
