The role involves the apprentice working in an exciting busy office environment with the main duties involving the following tasks

Ensure Work Based Evidence is collated in appropriate way and logged

You will attend the Manchester Training academy for Classroom teaching (3-4) times throughout the duration

Engage with customers across digital platforms, including social media
Assist the team in creating and scheduling social media posts
Ensuring brand consistency across all literature and updating this where necessary
Assist with website updates
Support marketing campaigns and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team
Monitor social media for feedback and engagement opportunities, flag relevant content to the team
Prepare and compile content for the Vaculug Voice newsletter
Coordinate the ordering of branded workwear for staff
Manage the purchase and stock of branded merchandise
Organise team lunches and catering when required
Arrange hotel bookings and meeting rooms for visitors and staff
Assist in the planning and logistics for trade shows, careers fairs, or internal company events
General office duties as requested

Face-to-face customer service and support at the Trade Counter
Helping with the distribution of building materials to customers and delivery vehicles
Supporting stock control and warehouse tasks
Assisting with goods in/out and keeping the yard clean and organised
