Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship

Support the day-to-day running of a busy community pharmacy while working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

Duties include dispensing medicines and managing stock.  Serving customers.  Maintaining records. Training covers pharmacy law, medicines, NHS procedures, and customer service. Includes 20% off-the-job learning with a registered provider. Gain skills, experience, and a nationally recognised qualification.

Training:

Training will take place at the workplace- no need to travel to a college. 

Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship builds a strong foundation for a long-term career in pharmacy and healthcare.

 

Pharmacy Technician (Level 3 Apprenticeship): Progress to a more advanced role with greater responsibility, including preparing and dispensing medications, managing stock, and supporting clinical services.

 

You could also progress into roles such as Senior Pharmacy Assistant or Supervisor, explore Specialist Roles in Healthcare Settings, or pursue Further Study and Qualifications to advance your career.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.45pm, with 30 minutes break for lunch.
