Sales Administration
Telephone handling – inbound and outbound calls, quoting prices to customers. Developing and maintaining customers.
Manage electronic filing system – files/folders
Photocopying/scanning to email

Maintain efficient and accurate manual filing systems where necessary
Will develop an existing working knowledge of Microsoft office products – word/excel etc towards advanced standard
Process sales functions – orders, allocation, invoicing, dispatch, imports and quotations
Check the orders/Contract review.

The typical day will involve:
In the morning you will arrive at work and will be set repairs tasks by a senior member.
Also, in the morning through to the early afternoon you will complete the repair tasks, while being assisted by a senior member with any questions you may have.
In the late afternoon you will clean and quality control check the items they have repaired before logging them in an inventory system.Training:
The training will take place at the New City College Rainham campus, New Rd, Rainham RM13 8GP.
You will attend the New City College Rainham campus one day of the week and will work with Baxtros Limited four days of the week.
