Assist and direct staff or customers when support tickets are raised

Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets

An Assessment Centre will be held on Wednesday 29th July 2026 (AM), this will be invite only following screening and interviewing from Weir Training.
If you are successful following the Assessment Centre the start date will be Monday 7th September 2026.Training:The candidate will complete an apprenticeship within the agreedsubject for the vacancy. This may include a BTEC Diploma/Standard and End-Point Assessment. It may also include Functional Skills in maths and English.
The apprentice at the end of this qualification will achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

Every day is different within the Service department. As a Service Technician/Mechanic apprentice, some of your duties will include:
Use of diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults.
Testing of parts and systems to ensure correct working.
Following checklists to ensure all critical parts of vehicles are examined.
Carrying out bumper to bumper overview, service, and inspection.
Maintenance of electronic systems including on- board entertainment systems.
Undertaking repair and maintenance of vehicle parts including clutches, gearboxes, tyres, brakes, and suspension.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team and embark on a long term career, with excellent earning and progression opportunities once you complete your apprenticeship.Training:Training will be delivered using a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and face-to-face block release weeks at our state-of-the-art training centre.
Successful applicants must be prepared to travel to the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre, in Milton Keynes, to complete their apprenticeship training. All training-related costs are fully covered as part of the programme, including travel, accommodation, and meals.

The apprentice will be given full training on all aspects of alloy wheel manufacturing.
As well as manual handling, and any other training we think is needed to assist them with their job role.

Programming, setting and operating CNC turning and milling machines/lathes
Understanding and interpreting technical drawings
Swapping and changing over jaws in the machines
Safely loading and unloading jobs from the machines
