As a Vehicle Technician, youll execute repair tasks with efficiency and precision, adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the parts department for required parts, adhering to warranty guidelines.
* Assess vehicles for additional safety or service requirements and promptly inform the Service Team.
* Act upon repair orders directed by the Workshop Controller.
* Communicate effectively regarding repair timelines.
* Document all work performed using company procedures and systems.
* Attend factory training sessions to stay updated on technical advancements.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workshop area.
* Adhere to safety protocols and company code of conduct.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in the motor industry.
* Possess level 2 / level 3 technician qualification.
* Hold a MOT testing qualification.
* Educated to City & Guilds or NVQ standard.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Experience with main dealer manufacturers would be beneficial.
* Full UK driving license.
Shifts:
* Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
* Alternative Saturdays: 8am - 1pm
