These are requirements that will progress over time. Naturally, we do not expect our applicants to have these skills initially; we shall be working with them to train them up to this. Therefore, aspiration to work towards the skills is the primary need.
Working on systems and processes such as uploading our individual learning record tool and Excel sheets.
We are heavily focused on nurturing new talent and encouraging individuals to work towards their goals.Training:Multi-channel Marketer Level 3.
Delivery will take place on alternate weeks, one day per week. With CPD and additional training taking place the alternative weeks for the one day, through pre-set work.
The apprentice will be expected to participate in a 3/4 hour review every 10 weeks as a minimum.
Where a level 4-9 in maths or English is not present, functional skills at Level 2 is available. Principal Duties:
1 To be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and/or customer service support to respond to service specific needs including:
Postal duties
Photocopying and collating documents
Taking telephone messages
Inputting data onto computer systems
Using IT packages for word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
Dealing with customer requirements in a courteous and professional manner, taking advice from the Admin Manager when appropriate
2 To be familiar with a range of IT systems.
3 To ensure effective use of office equipment and machinery and to make use of such facilities
4 To undertake word processing and other administrative/customer service work as required.
5 To undertake research and collate information as directed by Business Support Management.
6 To train with and shadow the Business Support Team to obtain experience of the various Administrative functions within Children’s Services scope of work.
7 To provide assistance to colleagues in allocated areas as and when appropriate.
Secondary Tasks:
1 To participate in council programmes of in-service training as a trainee and when required as a trainer facilitator.
2 To undertake such other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as may be determined from time to time by the Service Head (or nominated representative) in consultation with the postholder (and if he/she so wishes, with his/her Trade Union representative).
3 To assist when required in activities to promote and publicise apprenticeships within the council.
4 Maintain a daily record of tasks performed in the form of a diary to show personal progress.
5 To undertake such other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as may be determined by the Principal Manager (or nominated representative) in consultation with the apprentice and, if they wish with their trade union representative.Training:An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Assisting with the configuration and maintenance of DevOps tools and resources used to support DEKRA’s internal systems and platforms
Supporting the security and reliability of applications, following company cyber security and ISO27001 requirements
Helping to test applications and ensure quality standards are maintained before systems are released or updated
Writing and maintaining technical documentation to support systems and processes

Training:
This apprenticeship forms part of a formal qualification, on successful completion, you will achieve a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification that will be added to your digital achievement record
Working with our chosen training provider you will be assigned a specialist Sales Assessor who will be working closely with you throughout your apprenticeship to ensure you have a robust, enjoyable, and enriching journey
Training will be carried out online, face to face, both individually and as part of a classroom, to ensure you have an enhanced experience
You will be assigned 6 hours a week in the workplace to spend towards your qualification with full support from your manager and assessor
Learning first hand from training specialists and peers you can become a fully-fledged Sales Executive in a little over an 18-month period
