The applicant will be working towards and gain a Level 2 Equine Groom Apprenticeship
The learner will be allocated an industry specific training consultant who will provide both remote and on site visits throughout the apprenticeship
Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of progressing on to Level 3 Senior Equine Groom/ British Horse Society exams if a position is available

To act as a key person to a group of children,liasiing closely and building an effective relationship with parents/carers and ensuring each chilld's needs are recognised and met

Assist in Vehicle Wrap Installations:
Support lead technicians in applying vinyl wraps to cars, vans, trucks, and other vehicles
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or removing existing decals as necessary
Surface Preparation:
Ensure all vehicle surfaces are properly cleaned and prepped to allow for optimal vinyl adhesion
Mask and tape off areas not to be wrapped
Vinyl Cutting and Trimming:
Assist with measuring, cutting, and weeding vinyl materials using cutting tools or plotters
Trim excess vinyl around contours, edges, and tight corners with precision
Application of Graphics and Decals:
Help align and position graphics according to layout specificationsUse squeegees, heat guns, and other tools to remove air bubbles and wrinkles
Tool and Material Handling:
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools, materials, and workstations
Monitor inventory levels and report low supplies to the supervisor
Learning and Development:
Actively participate in training sessions and seek guidance from experienced installers
Study industry best practices, safety procedures, and product information
Quality Control and Finishing:
Inspect finished work for accuracy, air bubbles, or peelingApply finishing touches such as edge sealing to prolong durability
Customer Interaction Support:
Occasionally assist in vehicle check-in/check-out processes and explain basic aftercare procedures to clients
Adherence to Safety Standards:
Follow all safety protocols while using tools, handling adhesives, and working around vehicles
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during installations
Documentation and Reporting:
Help document completed jobs and keep records of materials used and time spent on projects
Training:An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 6-hours per week of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Content & Digital:
You will be guided and enabled to own the social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook) – plan calendars, posts, and grow followers.
Write and upload weekly blog posts/news articles covering new stock arrivals, case studies and safety tips provided by the Senior staff members.
Training will be given to keep the website fresh – update product listings, optimise copy for SEO, check imagery, manage landing pages.
Creative & Collateral:
You will be expected to design artwork for posters, flyers, case study sheets and email headers with guidance from the MD and Sales Manager.
Maintaining the image library and shoot/brief new photos and short-form videos.
Work with sales manager to create targeted email campaigns and report on results.
Identify industry awards to enter and draft entry submissions working with the MD on submission documents.
Build relationships with industry journalists, submit press releases and magazine articles.
Events & Exhibitions:
Help plan and attend trade shows, customer open days and supplier demos (mainly UK, occasional overnight stay).
Design and arrange stand graphics, giveaways and literature; manage on site set up and live social coverage with direction from the Sales Manager.
POS & Merchandise:
Monitor stock levels of brochures, branded PPE, decals, pens, etc.; reorder in good time and track budgets.
Insight & Reporting:
Track web and social analytics, report monthly on reach, leads and ROI; suggest data driven tweaks with support from the Operations Manager.
Keep tabs on competitor activity, industry news and regulatory changes affecting access equipment.

We are currently recruiting an Early Years Apprentice to join our friendly Nursery team providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children, from 6 months to 4 years of age.
Day-to-day tasks include working in partnership with parents, carers, and professionals to promote the well-being of the children, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, and assisting with creative displays within the Nursery.
You will have experience working with young children and be able to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment. You will be keen to work towards a childcare qualification and have knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.

The postholder will provide support to the warehouse and vans team when conducting customer collections, deliveries, and house clearances.
The role involves:
Working with a daily van schedule, ensuring that bookings are completed on time
Assisting in the collection of donated furniture and goods, ensuring that everything we collect is good quality and in saleable condition and complies with all health and safety requirements
Assisting with moving furniture in and around the warehouse and shop floors
