As our new apprentice, you will work within our modern offices, based in Burgh le Marsh,on the outskirts of Skegness. Full training will be given, with duties to include:

Training:During your Standard Level 2 Furniture Manufacturer - Modern Upholsterer sewing and cutting apprenticeship programme you will receive training both off and on the job. You will be trained at the employer within the workplace and also at WEBS Training in Nottingham on a block basis for 4 days at a time, roughly every 10 weeks. (Costs are covered by the employer.)

Each Apprentice will move between four different departments: Compliance; People & Culture; Innovation; and Business Development & Marketing, completing 6 months “seats” in each area.
During each seat you will play a valuable role supporting the team with their administrative tasks, get exposure to projects whilst fully embedding yourself in a high performing team.
