Learn how to install, repair and carry out planned maintenance of customer forklift trucks to Crown specifications. Undertake an appropriate engineering apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary
Work shadow a colleague, and develop an understanding of workshop procedures through on job training

Training:What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprentice will undertake the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard (or the apprenticeship standard being delivered by your training provider).
Training will be delivered primarily in the workplace at Pemberton Surgery, where the apprentice will gain practical experience and develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for the role.
There is no day release to college. The apprentice will complete all training within the practice, supported by experienced colleagues and a dedicated apprenticeship tutor. The tutor will visit the practice regularly to provide coaching, assess progress and support the apprentice throughout their programme.Training Outcome:Successful completion of the apprenticeship may lead to a permanent role within Pemberton Surgery. After completion of 'on the job training' the apprentice will:
Provide a comprehensive and professional administrative support service to the Property, Regeneration and Climate Action team, assisting leaders, managers, staff and tenants at Pippbrook Offices. This will include:
Inputting property details and uploading documents onto the property software system
Raising Purchase Orders and invoices
Reporting property maintenance issues on the system
Liaising with property maintenance contractors
Monitoring safety certificates and renewing where necessary
Supporting the Team, including chasing up arrears, running and reporting on rent collection stats
Arranging property inspections, and processing and distributing the reports
Tagging up keys
Administering Money Laundering ID checks
Assisting with the preparation, of plans and drawings suitable for planning applications or lease documentation, under appropriate supervision
Undertaking land registry searches and filing information
To manage queries and information from internal and external customers efficiently and effectively via email, telephone, and face to face. This will be under appropriate supervision, following agreed procedures and escalating issues where guidance or approval is required.
