This manufacturing apprentice role will enable you to learn the skills required to be able to assist the production department, resources, and systems to ensure the company maintains a high-quality product, always in line with company policies, regulatory standards, and statutory guidelines/ deadlines.
At the end of the 3-year apprenticeship with the training provided and qualifications achieved we expect that you will become fully competent in being a manufacturing operative and be able to complete the following duties:
Set up different machines
Run the machine to create a pulp that will be used to produce paper
Complete quality and productivity checks and undertake routine maintenance whilst maintaining safety and reliability standards and working as part of a team

Training will take place with CATCH in their premises in Stallingborough and will require you to stay away over night for up to a week at a time

Each team plays a key role in the process of delivering excellent service to our Internal and External customers.
The Apprentice will spend blocks of time rotating between all the teams in Central Finance. Working hands on with each team to understand day to day processes and procedures as well as Savills policies. They will collaborate with internal departments within finance to recognise how we work together, and also communicate with external customers chasing tenants for payment of Rent and Service Charge and ensuring accurate allocation of funds. During this time they will be supported through a training plan to build all round knowledge and gain experience of an Accounts Receivable function and its impact on Savills Property Management overall.
You will be welcomed into each team as a valued team member and will be guided through a training plan to provide transparency and support.
