Building controls & checks
Assist in preparing all areas of the centre for use by customers
Assist in opening and securing the premises each day
Assist in ensuring that the facilities are being used in the approved manner and to apply correct procedures where they are not
Ensure that all areas of the centre are maintained in a clean condition. This will require assisting with cleaning duties as required in accordance with the cleaning schedules.
Front of House support
Assist with the administration of the facility including responsibility for the till, bookings, and membership administration together with general and telephone enquiries
Assist duty team members in achieving high levels of customer service
Understand the LED 'Membership Journey' - induction and post-induction
Assist with membership sales and retention targets
Training
Undertake regular training as specified on your Leisure & Fitness Apprentice training plan
Prepare for and undertake assessments as required
Skillgate compliancy - ensure all training is completed and kept up to date
Complete the full apprenticeship to the end point assessment
