Deliver short sessions to the whole class, such as reading activities
Encourage communication and participation through role play and interactive tasks
Promote inclusion, teamwork, and positive pupil relationships

Assist in lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation in collaboration with teaching staff
Monitor pupil progress and provided constructive feedback to the teacher
Contribute to assessment through observation, reporting, and accurate record keeping
Support classroom management through the preparation and organisation of resources, equipment, and materials
Complete administrative tasks such as producing learning materials and managing coursework
Liaise with parents, carers, specialist teachers, and external professionals to support pupil development
Ensure the safety, welfare, and inclusion of pupils, providing personal and hygiene support where required

Level 3 Teaching Assistant ApprenticeshipExpected Duration:16 months
Training: All training will be delivered online alongside full-time placement at school

Possible full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship
