As a Clinical Lead your key responsibilities include:
Work as part of a team to provide high quality nursing care to residents
Carry out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners
Ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard
Ensure the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals and will report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous experience as a Clinical Lead within a care home environment is essential
A proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care/including planning/implementing and evaluating
Experience of delivering quality clinical and person-first assessments
The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person centred care
Good working knowledge of CQC standards
Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
The successful Clinical Lead will receive an excellent salary of £23.00 per hour and the annual salary of £47,840 per annum. As the Consultant Psychiatrist your key responsibilities include:
Liaison and collaborative working with care co-ordinators, commissioners, families and carers and other services/agencies

Multi-disciplinary, multi-agency and partnership working
Undertaking the administrative duties associated with the care of patients including ensuring all NHSE contractual obligations are met and to ensure initial discharge summaries are sent out within 24 hours of discharge
Maintaining professional registration with the General Medical Council and to abide by professional codes of conduct
Maintaining section 12(2) and approved clinician status

Your Role
You’ll provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual’s needs, including:
Supporting clients with daily routines in their own homes
Personal care (bathing, showering, continence care)
Assisting with mobility and medication
Preparing meals and light household tasks
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
This role is about more than tasks it’s about building trust, offering companionship, and helping people live comfortably in their own homes.
Pay: £13.51 per hour + 44p mileage reimbursement

Shifts include:
Morning: 7:00am – 2:30pm
Evening: 2:30pm – 11:00pm
Teas & Bed: 5:00pm – 11:00pm
Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends is required.

As Business Administrator Apprentice, your typical day will include (but is not limited to):
Working through your day-to-day activities within the departments, ensuring they are dealt with and accounted for in the appropriate timeframe
Working as a team towards the achievement of all activities being completed within the departments, regardless of current individual workload
Resolving customer queries, order processing, delivery issues with a high degree of accuracy on time
Offering feedback to the Operations Manager with opportunities to build training and development around
Ensure quotations are handled with in a certain time frame (20 minutes)

As a Nursery Apprentice, you will contribute to a high-quality, caring environment for children. This includes:
Creating a warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally
Under supervision, you will provide all aspects of care for children, including washing, changing and feeding
Acting as a key worker to a small group of children and recording observations and planning for them
Assisting with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children
