As District Sales Manager for Stonhard you will manage 7-10 Sales Representatives. You will set goals, train, recruit, oversee installations, manage profit and loss, and sell to end users, general contractors and design build firms.

What will you do?
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district. Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance. Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers. Trains, monitors and motivates the TM's. Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. A proven ability to manage projects. The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position. Additional tasks are performed, as required and do not significantly alter this description.
Compensation Package:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and purchase finished goods, raw materials, and components by analyzing MRP and forecast reports to determine optimal order quantity and date required.
Review daily exception messages generated by MRP system and maintain the optimization process for all finished goods, raw materials, and components with respective MRP group.
Maintain vendor relationships by following up on delivery dates, reconciling invoicing issues, and dealing with quality issues.
Support product-to-market process by working with Sourcing, Marketing, Finance, as well as external vendors to ensure the on-time launch of new products. Such tasks include the set-up of artwork, bills of material, information records, source lists, and costing.

Conduct on-site vendor physical inventories by meeting schedule set by Purchasing Manager. Obtain counts from vendors, create spreadsheets to analyze, and perform SAP transactions to reconcile counts.

Knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning systems (MRP) & SAP experience is strongly desired

Training:Advertising & Media Executive Level 3 Standard:
An advertising and media executive will help with the day-to-day progress of the whole advertising process, from receiving the brief from the marketing team, including objectives, budget and timescales, through to the measurement of how effective the advertisement has been. In their daily work, they will interact with many other people, processes and systems. (For example, the client, 3rd party suppliers, the broad team at the agency.) They help campaigns move forward, coping with inevitable setbacks and changes in direction (some at the last minute), whilst showing collaboration and maintaining relationships with all. Usually, they report to an Account or Media Manager.
They usually specialise in one of two parts of the advertising process: the first is the process of producing the advertisement (creative); the second is the process of distributing the advertisement (media). Apprentices must therefore complete the core apprenticeship and one of these options.

What will you do this year?In your role as a PNE Prize Home Lottery Brand Ambassador, your primary accountabilities will be to:
Sell Prize Home Lottery tickets by inputting customer information onto a Tablet linked to our POS system; provide information on the Prize Home Lottery at off-site locations such as Malls, centres, and outdoor community events, as well as on the PNE Site.Work with the Assistant Manager, Gaming Operations and other staff on all matters pertaining to the sale of tickets by vendors and to accurately account for sale of ticketsOversee PH Lottery display, ensuring display is kept organized and assets such as tablets and debit terminals are kept secured.Ensure orders placed and payment taken match for end of shift reconciliation.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Successful completion of Grade 12Must be at least 19 years of age by May 18, 2026.Must have a vehicle to transfer the lottery display to and from the mall or community eventsMinimum of 1-2 years of customer service experiencePrevious cash handling and balancing experiencePrevious experience with promotions, sales or as a Sales Representative is an assetAble to commute to various locations and the P.N.E. siteProficiency in a second language is an assetAble to work independently, staying at an assigned mall/shopping centre boothProvide exceptional and friendly guest serviceAble to work with little supervisionMust be self-motivated and have an outgoing attitude that will encourage guests to purchase lottery ticketsEnsure that P.N.E. dress code is adhered to at all timesAvailable on a part-time basis, including days, evenings and weekends (2-4 Shifts/week) until September 7th, 2026,Candidates must undergo a Criminal Record Check.
