This apprenticeship has two routes:
The Support Technician role is based around resolving systemuser queries and faults in a helpdesk environment. Support Technicians rectifyor escalate faults rapidly to reduce the impact to their customer.
The Network Technician role is usually desk based but mayinvolve visits to client's premises to resolve issues. Network Technicians maybe installing networked IT systems, including cabling and hardware, or cloudservices to support expansion and better network services.
Our Information Communications Technician apprenticeshipprogramme integrates six modules of technical training with work-basedprojects. This ensures that learning and skills are directly applied to theapprentice’s role, and maximises the time used as part of off-the-job training.

Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to the Range Manager and Assistant Range Manager, ensuring effective preparation for trading reviews, sign-off meetings and key departmental milestones.
Coordinate and prepare catalogue briefs and supporting documentation, working cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising and Product teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Support commercial decision-making through the management and resolution of failed deliveries, working collaboratively with Quality Control, Merchandising, suppliers and international teams to identify solutions that protect customer experience and business performance.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify trends, gaps and commercial opportunities that inform product selection and range development.

Carry out detailed proofing and quality checks of catalogue and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and optimisation of sales impact.
