The learner will be given time away from their daily duties to attend the sessions
These sessions can be recorded as off-the-job training
Following this, learners will engage in virtual one-on-one meetings with their tutors every 4-6 weeks to discuss their learning, assess progress, and establish SMART targets for the upcoming learning period
