Essential Functions
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across formulations, QA/QC, field technical support, and regulatory compliance. Supervise all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, compliant testing and reporting of raw materials and finished goods. Contribute, maintain, and manage product project priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
