Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Service Desk and Field Support teams, driving performance, development and a customer-first culture
• Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents and complex technical issues

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.). This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
