Post purchase invoices to the accounting system (QuickBooks) once invoices have been approved and coded.Monitor the accounts inbox and respond to queries from colleagues and suppliers.Perform bi-monthly payment runs including inputting payments on to the online banking portal and subsequently posting payments on to the accounting system.Distribute monthly credit card statements to colleagues for coding and submission of receipts. What will you do?
