Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Assist with measuring construction works and preparing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for projects.
Support the procurement process by obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations, comparing costs, and helping to prepare contracts.
Monitor project costs and progress, maintain accurate records, and assist in producing financial reports and forecasts.
Work closely with quantity surveyors, site teams, and clients, attending meetings and helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
