We're not looking for someone for the short term. We want to find the right person to invest in for the long term, and to support their continued growth and career development with us.Employer Description:Our clients' success is our business. For us that's a commitment, not a tagline.
Pollard Media is a full-service marketing agency based in Norwich, Norfolk, and is a Google and Meta Partner. We're not a big, faceless agency, and that's exactly why our clients choose us. We work with a select number of businesses so we can stay fully invested in every one.
We deliver bespoke strategy, sharp creative execution, and a team that operates like part of the client's business rather than another supplier. We believe marketing should be clear, honest and effective. No jargon, no smoke and mirrors, no set-it-and-forget-it campaigns. Just thoughtful work that actually moves the needle.
We started as a side hustle in 2019 and grew into a full-service agency by doing things differently. We listened, we showed up, we treated every client's business like it was our own. That approach hasn't changed. If anything, it's become more central to who we are.
Our team is close-knit by design, and we believe in fairness. Through our Single Sector Area Promise, we work with only one business per sector in each area, so we never work with a client's direct competitor. When we're in a client's corner, we're fully in it.
We bring that same commitment to the people we hire. As an apprentice with us, you'll be right at the heart of delivering that success for our clients, doing real, varied work across strategy, social media, Google Ads, SEO, websites and content. Employer Description:Barton Primary School is a small, friendly, successful school, in the heart of a village community. Our school was inspected by both Ofsted and SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) in April 2025, and inspectors were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, the quality of teaching and learning, and pupils' educational experiences. We are proud of the fact that we combine the excitement of learning with high expectations. At Barton, we believe that the goal of education “should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn.”
The Christian faith is central to our school values and ethos. Our most recent Church Schools' Inspection recognised that we are living up to our foundation as a Church school, enabling pupils and adults to flourish. Inspectors noted that:
"The school has a positive climate for learning in which members of the school treat each other as they would wish to be treated. This enables pupils to fulfil their potential.""Pupils are able to fulfil a range of responsibilities as they grow through the school. This enables them to understand how their actions can make a positive difference to themselves and others."Our recent GOOD Ofsted in April 2025 stated:
“Pupils thrive in this calm, inclusive school where care and curiosity go hand in hand. The school’s values shape daily life, helping children feel safe, seen and proud of who they are. The school offers a broad, rich curriculum. It captures pupils’ interests and prepares them well for their future learning. Teachers have high expectations and pupils speak with confidence about their learning. They enjoy opportunities to explore ideas, solve problems and express themselves."Working Hours :Monday to Friday. Full time TA hours: 32.5.
