Processing online access requests, ensuring data is accurate, and conforms to GDPR guidelines
Scanning documents and issuing to correct departments
Registering new patients onto the EMIS system, following practice guidelines and GDPR requirements
Removing data of patients who have moved/changed practice, following practice guidelines and GDPR requirements
Taking telephone calls, answering general queries, explaining surgery procedures, making new and follow up appointments, receiving and processing requests for home visits and repeat prescriptions in a consistently friendly and professional manner.
Promtly dealing with urgent queries
Completing all administrative duties carefully and competently always maintaining a high standard of work despite the pressures of a busy general practice
Always ensuring confidentiality and adhering to GDPR

Training:During your apprenticeship you will compile a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate your knowledge, skills and behaviours.
Once you have completed your portfolio, Functional Skills (if required) and a minimum of 12 months of training, you will be able to undertake the End Point Assessment and gain a Level 2 Dog Groomer qualification.

Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. We can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course
These workshops occur once every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre
You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between you tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work
If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship

Full-time employment on successful completion of your Business Administration Level 3
