Key Responsibilities 1. First Point of Contact & General Enquiries Handle incoming communications (email/phone), responding to or redirecting queries as appropriate. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently. Support the Retrofit Coordinator (RC) and Retrofit Assessor (RA) by flagging important tasks or deadlines. 2. Workflow & Job Administration Ensure jobs progress efficiently through the workflow using our internal IT platforms (e.g. CoreLogic, ECOSurv). Installer & Platform Support Support new installers with onboarding and platform access/setup (e.g. CoreLogic / ECOSurv), with guidance from the RC. Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate queries when appropriate. Maintain up-to-date installer records and contact lists. 4. General Office Administration Support the Office Manager with ad-hoc administrative duties.Assist in compiling and distributing internal reports, including the weekly Friday Report.
