The Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship offers employment within a dental practice with an accompanying assessment and skills development programme

It will also provide you with the relevant qualification to apply for professional registration as a dental nurse to the General Dental Council (GDC).
You must be aged 19 or above for this position due to insurance restrictions.

Deliver first-line IT support by assisting users with common issues related to hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
Carry out daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of ICT systems to ensure reliable performance.
Provide support for cloud services, including Azure and DevOps, and escalate technical problems when necessary
Work closely with the wider team to help ensure all ICT services comply with security standards such as ISO 27001.

The apprentice daily tasks will be to prepare the workload for the fitting team on a daily basis. This will include using software on the PC’s & using the large format printers, plotters & other technology.
