Pay Rate: £16-20.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Shift Pattern: A mixture of day shifts and waking night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.
About the Role
Standby24 is seeking an experienced Support Workers to support packages for children and adults with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and behaviours that may challenge.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 years' experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker within mental health and/or learning disability services.
Experience supporting individuals with:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Mental health needs
Learning disabilities
Behaviours that may challenge
Eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions.
In-date PMVA or equivalent restraint training certification.
A full UK driving license with access to a car (preferred).

Providing person-centred support to an individual, building a positive and trusting relationship.
Deliver support in line with care plans, risk assessments, and agreed strategies.
Promote positive behaviour support and trauma informed approaches in daily practice.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective support.
Supporting the individual to access the community, attend appointments, participate in activities, and develop independence skills.
Encourage choice, dignity, inclusion, and active participation in everyday life.
Communicate effectively with family members, social workers, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders as required.
Maintain accurate, up to date records and documentation.
Follow organised policies, procedures, and best practice standards.
Provide support with daily living tasks as required, including personal care, meal planning and preparation, household tasks, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our Avon manufacturing team. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines to create finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor automated or manual equipment. Adjust dials, valves, and nozzles to regulate processes as needed.

As a Painting and Decorating Apprentice at Mitie, you'll play an important role in maintaining and improving healthcare environments across UCLH, making a real impact from day one. Your journey could include:
Developing the skills and knowledge to carry out a range of internal and external painting and decorating tasks, including surface preparation, finishing techniques, and minor repairs to walls, ceilings, woodwork and other structures
Supporting planned maintenance programmes and assisting with reactive repair and refurbishment work across hospital facilities
Working alongside experienced painters, decorators and facilities professionals to gain valuable hands-on experience in a live healthcare environment
Learning how to select and use materials, tools and equipment safely and effectively to achieve high-quality finishes
Following Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards at all times, helping to create safe, clean and welcoming spaces for patients, visitors and staff
Training:As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Level 2 Painting & Decorating qualification which normally runs for 2 years. You will be fully supported by our partnered to achieve this qualification by having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.
