Work duties include:
Providing general office support
Ordering office stationery and other supplies as required
Support various business activities related to operations, commercial, L&D, social values, HR and business support as required
Establishing and updating trackers and uploading documents to clients’ portals
Ensuring compliance with document management standards and regulations

As an Apprentice you will be supported to learn and develop, answering incoming calls into the practice, in addition you will be expected to:
Make appointments for patients
Answer patient questions and/or signpost them to other colleagues within the surgery
Passing on messages and transferring calls to other colleagues at the surgery
You will be also be required to help patients at the counter by booking appointments, processing prescription requests from patients and dealing with general queries.
Other duties include:
Filing results and other documents in patients notes
Charging patients for private work
Registering new patients
