Job Overview
Kop-Coat is seeking a Key Account Segment Manager to protect and profitably grow strategic customers and market segments within our U.S. Wood Preservation business. This role serves as the primary commercial owner for assigned accounts, developing strong customer relationships while driving revenue, margin, retention, pricing, and growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on growth, retention, profitability, and customer relationships.
Build relationships across customer organizations, including purchasing, operations, technical, quality, finance, and leadership.
Achieve revenue, volume, margin, pricing, and growth objectives for assigned accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand market share, introduce products and services, and strengthen customer relationships.
Develop forecasts and monitor customer demand, competitive activity, pricing, and commercial risks.
Lead pricing recommendations, contract discussions, negotiations, and other commercial initiatives.
Develop market and segment insights, including customer needs, competitive dynamics, regulations, and industry trends.
Coordinate with Technical Service, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Customer Service, Technology, and other internal teams to deliver on customer commitments.
Lead resolution of customer concerns and proactively address business, quality, supply, credit, and relationship risks.
Prepare customer presentations, proposals, business reviews, and internal recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Wood Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
5+ years of B2B sales, key account management, business development, or commercial experience.
Experience with strategic or multi-site customers in wood preservation, forest products, industrial chemicals, building products, or related markets preferred.
Demonstrated experience with pricing, negotiations, forecasting, account planning, and cross-functional execution.
Strong strategic account management, financial analysis, and commercial judgment skills.
Strong customer communication and relationship-building abilities.
High accountability, responsiveness, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to balance customer needs with company objectives.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Mechanic I provides technical expertise on all matters of maintenance excellence of all process control, electrical, & Instrumentation equipment. Recommends needed improvements to operations, and maintenance leadership. This position focuses on sustaining or returning to current performing standards and works with the maintenance manager to lead longer term improvement for electrical and instrumentation equipment and enhancing maintenance team competency in the areas of electrical, electrical diagnostics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to understand and perform complex repair procedures within Chemical Plant while following oral and written instruction specific to the equipment being repaired.
Work closely with the maintenance manager and plant engineers to enhance equipment reliability and develop equipment repair procedures.
work with current maintenance technicians to strengthen skills in the areas of electrical.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, catwalks, or high lifts
Develop a full understanding of chemical hazards specific to area assigned to, including knowledge of required PPE for each job.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and/or specifications.
Work in plant, and shop environment.
Support capital projects by participating and reviewing equipment selection and layout to optimize maintainability and meet reliability goals.
Promote consistency by inputting on standardizing equipment, providing technical expertise for installation, check out, maintenance procedures and start-up of all new or modified critical equipment.
Participate in PSM activities as defined by site manuals and practices.
Participate in continuing education and industry conferences to improve competencies and keep current and evaluate new technologies for their applicability
Develop a full understanding of material identification code system, including hazard identification numbering for repair jobs that require clearing of equipment in such service.
Develop a basic understanding of the function of plant auxiliary equipment, including the fire protection system, boiler, heaters, air compressor, waste handling and emission control devices. This includes specific tests or preventive maintenance procedures required for all equipment.
Develop a basic understanding of bulk tank systems. This includes a numbering system and location tank tables, level measuring systems and transfer pumps for repairing such systems.
Develop a full understanding of the plant waste handling systems. This includes sumps operation, holding tanks, separation, and transfer equipment for repairing such systems.
Work with internal customers to provide support for small projects; troubleshoot problems using operational procedures and products to eliminate downtime.
Help to maintain records on equipment to build history to track equipment service and replacement requirements.
Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco quality and safety procedures.
Knowledge of calibrating different types of 4-20mA transmitters.
Knowledge of meters and calibration tools.
Knowledge of troubleshooting Motors and Motor Controls.
Knowledge of NEC.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
1 or more years of experience in manufacturing mechanical field or AS degree from technical school.
Experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting plant issues.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals.
Basic safety training such as Right to Know, Hazmat, Hazwoper.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to work onsite in; Corsicana, TX.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.

The Role
You'll take responsibility across a broad range of financial accounting activities, including:

Preparing accruals, cost centre repostings and intercompany/regional recharges
Preparing statutory annual financial reports
Managing VAT and corporate tax requirements
Coordinating internal and external audits
Overseeing payroll and benefits accounting, including reconciliations and journals
Managing treasury and cash-related accounting activities
Reviewing accounting activity completed by the Shared Service Centre and ensuring accuracy and quality
Acting as an escalation point for more complex accounting queries

About You
We're looking for someone with a strong grounding in financial accounting who is comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
You'll ideally have:
Strong finance / General Ledger accounting experience
Experience working with a Shared Service Centre or centralised finance function
Strong month-end and year-end experience
Experience of statutory reporting and year-end accounts
Good knowledge of VAT and tax compliance
Experience working with internal and/or external auditors
Strong reconciliation and financial controls experience
The ability to identify problems, challenge existing processes and implement improvements
Confidence working within an evolving environment where processes may not always be fully defined
Strong attention to quality, accuracy and compliance

General Description:
The Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the National Account Team Lead and other Program Managers in a behind-the-scenes type of role. We are seeking a Certified Senior Quantexa Data Engineer with significant experience of designing and implementing Quantexa solutions and leading client data engineering or integration projects for established clients.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Spark, Scala and Python Databricks. Any experience of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps would be beneficial, as would familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, but training will be provided.

The IT Technician is an entry-level IT support role focused on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining user devices and systems, supporting IT projects, and helping Grace Eyre staff make effective use of technology across the organisation.
To assist the IT Manager and IT Infrastructure Manager with all aspects of the IT systems utilised by Grace Eyre.
To answer the IT Helpdesk phone line and to monitor the IT Helpdesk email account.
To visit Grace Eyre locations around Sussex to provide IT Support when remote support is not possible or viable.
To provide basic training on systems that Grace Eyre uses to other non-technical members of the organisation.
To provide input and collaborate on IT Projects with the other members of the IT department.
To proactively undertake training where applicable to improve ability to support relevant IT systems utilised by Grace Eyre.
To assist in the repair and configuration of IT related hardware such as Laptops, Desktop PC’s and Smartphones.
Training:
ICT (Information Communications Technician) Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT apprenticeship team to increase your skills.
Your training will include gaining a Level 3 IT qualification. Training schedule has yet to be agreed.
