About the role:
Manage the enquiry process from start to finish, be the first point of contact, ensure follow ups are prompt and effective, arrange and conduct engaging show rounds, providing a welcoming and informative experience for potential residents and their families.Ensure all prospective clients have been responded to in a timely manner and ensure accurate recording of all stages of the enquiry on Care HQ, to ensure accurate data for reporting.Collaborate with the wider home team to ensure a seamless handover of each customer’s journey and a positive move-in experience.Build strong relationships with local stakeholders including hospitals, charities, community groups, and other key partners.Drive occupancy growth through proactive marketing, organisation of local events and community engagement.Support the development and delivery of local engagement initiatives to enhance the home’s visibility and reputation within the wider community.Meet with the Home Manager regularly to review progress and discuss upcoming plans and objectivesAttend twice weekly occupancy calls to provide clear information on sales and marketing activityWork closely with the Home Manager and Sales and Marketing team to ensure appropriate localised community engagement and marketing activities to generate brand awareness

This is a senior clinical leadership role within the Northern NSW Local Health District, offering a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care while leading a team across two locations: the well-equipped main clinic in Grafton, and a satellite clinic in the iconic coastal town of Yamba.
You will bring significant experience in general dentistry, ideally with exposure to both community and hospital settings, including the delivery of care under general anaesthesia. In addition to hands-on clinical work, your role will involve mentoring and supervising junior staff, maintaining clinical governance standards, and contributing to service development across the district. A full clinical orientation and onboarding programme will be provided.
This position includes a designated admin day per week, with the remainder focused on clinical duties. You’ll have the chance to contribute to public oral health strategy and quality improvement initiatives, supported by a wider team of health professionals across the district.

We are seeking to expand our administration team to include an Apprentice Administration Officer.
The role would suit someone who is passionate about administration and eager to start or progress their career within a school environment. To provide support for the main school support services – administration, student services and finance.

Role of Site Production Manager
As the Site Production Manager, you will be a key member of the site Operations team, directly reporting into the UK Operations Director. This role will have significant interactions with other function across the UK, including Sales, Customer Service, Stock Control but also with External Customers, Auditors and Regulators.
The Site Production Manager will take accountability and leadership of manufacturing activities across UK operations to ensure safe, reliable and profitable delivery of the UK business objectives. The role will ensure that quality management systems are managed and retained so that plant performance is optimised whilst working within company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, lead and implement operating strategies and plans for all production areas by working together with direct reports, internal/external customers and the Operations Director.
Take accountability for developing, seeking approval for and delivering the departmental budgets for operating (fixed and variable) costs, OEE and capital budgets.
Demonstrate full commitment to and lead by example on health, safety, environmental, quality and sustainability (HSEQ&S) matters related to own function and equally importantly beyond.
Participate proactively in all relevant processes as a key member of the Site Management team and support the UK Operations Director in continuously improving HSEQS and cGMP culture and performance.
Build and maintain a strong rapport and communication with internal customers (Commercial, CSRs/stock controllers), external customers and other stakeholders (production, engineering, RT&E).
Work closely with the UK Operations Director to define and control budgets in line with company policies and targets and collaborate proactively with Engineering Managers in managing the site’s multi-company Capex programmes.
Champion a continuous improvement culture across the site and manufacturing areas.

A minimum of 10 years of industry-experience within Chemical Manufacturing
