Payroll Processing: Prepare, process, and review multi-state payroll on a biweekly basis, including completion of necessary Status Change Forms, tracking and reconciling FMLA and other leaves, reimbursements/charges, as appropriate, commissions, bonuses, merit increases, and other required adjustments
Benefits Administration: Provide oversight of benefits programs including initial enrollment, qualifying events, communication, and annual Open Enrollment coordination with Corporate Benefits.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of previous directly applicable experience
Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems, such as ADP, Oracle, etc.
Provide expert-level guidance on HR compliance, legal requirements, and regulatory filings
Strong problem-solving and project management, and stakeholder communication skills
Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws affecting payroll (e.g., FLSA, ACA, and wage & hour laws).
Knowledge of health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k)/retirement plans, and leave policies.
Knowledge of proper handling, storage, and protection of sensitive HR documentation and personnel files.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with others in and outside of the organization
Skilled in resolving HR-related issues such as benefits discrepancies, employee complaints, and process inefficiencies. Ability to provide professional, empathetic support to employees and build trust across all levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
