Produce and update 2D and 3D engineering drawings using CAD software
Support the design of highways and infrastructure schemes, including sustainable solutions
Assist with site surveys, inspections and data collection

Training will be delivered through a combination of on-the-job learning at Wilde Consultants Ltd’s Stockport head office and day release at college
The apprentice will attend college one day per week during term time and work in the office for the remaining days
Outside of term time, the apprentice will work full time within the highways and transportation team
Training Outcome:On completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice will be qualified as a Civil Engineering Technician. Processing and data entry for dispatches, production schedules, customer and sales order information
Support with price checking for daily sales
Assisting with organising and recording returns
Raising rework - work orders
Informing Logistics on pallet quantities, delivery dates, order details, and delivery addresses
Updating production trackers and sending on to retail sites informing them of daily production enabling them to plan volumes accordingly

As an apprentice you will work alongside skilled electrical and mechanical machine tool engineers.
Duties performed are planned machine servicing, safety checks, calibration and machine improvement projects.
There will also be an element of reactive maintenance repairing and fixing machines/equipment that have broken down.
You will have access to electronic machine maintenance reporting systems to help plan customer priorities and identify machine issues in the factory.
You will also learn to diagnose machine problems and read mechanical and electrical schematics.Training:This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Engineering Campus (NG17). Your duties will include, but are not limited to;
Greeting and booking in or patients for clinics accordingly
Dealing with patient enquiries efficiently and courteously
Making appointments on the system, by processing appointment requests for today, future appointments from patients on person and on the telephone
Processing repeat prescriptions and filing for collection within 48 hours
Taking Home visit requests
Receiving specimens from patients ensuring all their details have been recorded whilst following health and safety policy
Tidying waiting room after appointments, ensuring premises are kept tidy between visits from the cleaning staff, tidy and sort magazines and leaflets, discarding old and damaged items as necessary
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
To ensure all telephone calls are managed appropriately
To manage the flow of patients arriving at the reception desk, for appointments, prescriptions or queries
To ensure the clinical staffs receive medical record as requested
