Ensure the ticket system is maintained and staff use the ticket system for logging IT related queries
Provisioning of IT accounts for staff and pupils
Maintaining all computer, AV, and other tech equipment across the schools
Administration of the Office365 tenancy
Make suggestions for improvements to the infrastructure and day to day practices
Maintaining and updating the asset registers
Creating documentation and ensuring IT SharePoint areas are well maintained
Holiday checks on classroom equipment and other supporting technology equipment / infrastructure
Support the aims, values, mission, and ethos of the school and participate in a team approach to all aspects of school life
Ensuring that any impact on teaching and learning is dealt with immediately
Communication with key stakeholders and IT manager
Attend and contribute to staff meetings as required and identify areas of personal practice and experience to develop
Being available to resolve other technical issues as directed by the IT Manager
