You will be the face of the Company to our customers and will therefore deliver a high standard of customer care and service while continuing to learn and develop.
Assist with troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment, with guidance and supervision where required
Support preventative maintenance and field modifications while building technical competence
Maintain up-to-date administrative responsibilities such as customer service logbooks, internal PDA reporting, and compliance paperwork
Maintain effective communication with customers and the office to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
Learn to maintain tools and test equipment and ensure they are properly calibrated
Adhere to Health & Safety and all other applicable regulatory requirements at all times
Support the identification of sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team
Participate in the emergency out-of-hours standby rota as appropriate to your training stage
Training:Fire Emergency and Security Systems Technician Level 3.
The apprentice will spend a week at Bradford College every 6 weeks (Block release), the rest of the time will be spent with the employer.Training Outcome:

You will need to provide high quality support to our users via the helpdesk ticketing system
Prioritise and respond to tickets in a timely manner
Apply testing and troubleshooting to end-user devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, Chromebooks, telephones, printers, LED panels & interactive panels
Weekly tasks to install, upgrade and remove hardware across sites
Maintenance of physical and cloud storage
Ensure that our systems are properly administered
Develop existing infrastructure and processes
Work within the installs team to install cabling on sites, including fibre, data etc.
Adding devices to networks across sites

The Corporate Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, functional, and professional corporate workplace. This position performs routine building maintenance, responds to facility service requests, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and supports day-to-day facility operations.
The Facilities Technician works closely with Facilities Management, employees, contractors, and service providers to ensure corporate buildings, equipment, and workspaces operate efficiently and meet company standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Building & Facility Maintenance
Perform routine inspections of corporate facilities, identifying maintenance, safety, and repair needs.
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, furniture, and general building repairs.
Maintain doors, locks, hardware, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and other building components.
Replace lamps, filters, batteries, and other routine maintenance items.
Assist with preventive maintenance programs and scheduled facility inspections.
Respond promptly to work orders, maintenance requests, and facility-related emergencies.
Facility Operations
Maintain common areas, conference rooms, offices, kitchens, restrooms, storage areas, and other workplace spaces.

Maintain facility supplies, tools, equipment, and inventory.
Monitor building conditions and report deficiencies to Facilities Management.
Vendor & Contractor Support

Verify completion of vendor work and communicate outstanding issues to Facilities Management.
Safety & Compliance

Assist with emergency preparedness, fire/life-safety activities, evacuation procedures, and emergency response.

QUALFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults
