GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of their assigned region, which includes, but is not limited to, setting strategic direction, providing customer service and sales support, managing regional personnel, ensuring regional profitability and performance, and contributing to a culture of teamwork and quality. The RBM will serve as the liaison for the region and coordinate communications with all levels of staff within WTI and Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct region's WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.
Serve as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure effective two-way communication and achieve positive results.
Develop an ongoing strategy to manage and grow existing business within existing markets and with all new strategic markets developed by WTI or Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance management.
Assess daily operational situations to identify potential crisis management, safety, and escalation protocols.
Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, and product management issues.
Travel to job sites as needed to provide support to regional resources, including rooftop projects.
Travel to customer or sales meetings as needed to support business or regional activities.
Manage all WTI personnel in the assigned region, with personnel numbers ranging from 10 to over 100, depending on the region's sales volume.
Develop regional resources for daily operations, growth, and employee development.
Identify resource or employee concerns and resolve them promptly, engaging the appropriate HR or WTI management as needed.
Ensure that documentation on employee issues is submitted promptly to the HR department.
Act as an agent of change and improvement, and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
Manage regional financial data, including identifying trends, correcting utilization, and addressing issues related to gross margin and/or operating income. Review individual job financials and make necessary adjustments to address poor performance and prevent recurring problems.
Forecast, analyze, and report on sales, establishing financial performance metrics. Define criteria for success and provide leadership to achieve regional team goals.
Develop workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies to optimize the region's performance.
Establish, define, and communicate a clear strategic direction and targets for achieving goals within the regional team.
Facilitate a culture of teamwork and excellence throughout the region and the organization.
Communicate and implement company policies and procedures within the region and support throughout the organization as required.
Work directly with the Managed Asset team to facilitate and provide support for designated national accounts.
Communicate with regional partners (other RBMs, supervisors, construction managers, etc.) to provide or obtain resource and technical support.

EXPERIENCE:
5-10 years of prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team within the building construction industry.
Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations.

The Dryer Loader is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card. The dryer loader must ensure the work area is ready for production including collecting and preparing safety and raw materials and keeping plant processes moving forward by ensuring areas are well stocked and ready for use.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures. Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s). Control or operate chemical processes or machine systems including the use of control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment. Read processing instructions to accurately add raw materials to production equipment in a timely manner and in accordance with prescribed materials. Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to dryers as specified by batch process order. Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment. Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation. Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards. Produce product according to tolerances and specifications. Perform routine inspections per quality standards. Read and interpret production instructions. Maintain accurate paperwork. Cross-train on other production functions to provide assistance as business need dictates. Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality. Report all quality and mechanical issues. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Engineering and Facilities Manager is responsible for directing all engineering activities and for maintaining and upgrading the facilities and production equipment. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining/ advancing of a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program at the facility and identifying capital requirements for the annual capital plan. Responsibilities also include developing and assisting in value stream design and implementation of lean principles and tools within the manufacturing environment. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with value stream mapping, employee training, continuous improvement event facilitation, waste identification and elimination, problem solving (through the scientific method), work area and station design and layout, visual control implementation, material flow, progress tracking and communication. Acts as a passionate advocate for a cultural change toward lean thinking throughout the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with LEAN leadership in eliminating unplanned production interruptions.
Use DAKOTA as the compliance tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, and to maintain compliance with EH&S.
Work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures.
Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
Prepare capital projects for submission to management. Included are costs, schedule, JHA, PHA, and procedures needed.
Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on-time and on-budget completion.
Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget.
Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plans to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects.
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation.
Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs.
Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives.
Lead Engineer for the production processes.
Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical.
EXPERIENCE:
5-10 years of Facility and Process Engineering experience.
At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Experience in Engineering Management.
Experience managing capital projects.
PHA and "Process Safety Management" experience preferred.
