Overview:
A 24 month rolling temporary contract position has become available for an experienced order analyst, provisioning coordinator, order manager, sales support or project administrator to join an international telecoms service provider. The role will help deliver the best possible service experience for global enterprise customers. This will be achieved by supporting the order delivery cycle, working as a service delivery coordinator, provisioning administrator & project coordinator.
The order & provisioning analyst will be responsible for acknowledging & validating customer requests, raising orders through the customer order provisioning system and coordinating customer communication throughout the delivery process. You will send acknowledgement & acceptance emails for order requests, generate tracking references & provide updates to the customer & internal business partners on status & progress.
You will provide a daily order tracker for all Data & Voice teams, so that engineering resource can be effectively scheduled in advance of the order & ensuring effective communication to the supporting delivery agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Dedicated management of the order queue across all Data & Voice teams
• Coordinating between delivery teams to schedule orders & change requests
• Scheduling resources to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders
• Ensuring that partners have received confirmation of resource within SLAs
• Raising customer orders on the provisioning order management system
• Service delivery – progressing orders through the delivery process
• Utilising Vodafone, BT & Openreach workflow systems
• Understanding order management processes and dealing with OLOs and external delivery teams
• Order management and analysis
• Communicating updates & progress reports with customers
• Coordination between delivery teams to schedule works
• Supporting the delivery & completion of departmental quality assurance targets

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience of change management, order management, provisioning, enablement, administration or service delivery project coordination experience, within a tech, telecoms, carrier, ISP or similar IT technology environment. Your experience, skills & attributes are likely to include some or all of the following:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take responsibility for producing management accounts for several areas of the organisation. This will include working with budget holders, reviewing financial performance and providing clear information to support operational and financial decisions.

THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT ROLE
Preparing monthly management accounts for several areas of the organisation within agreed deadlines
Taking responsibility for the management accounts of the trading subsidiary
Producing monthly reports, commentary and variance analysis for budget holders and senior management
Working with managers to prepare, monitor and review budgets
Identifying significant variances and discussing appropriate action with budget holders
Supporting the preparation of annual statutory and consolidated accounts
Preparing audit schedules and acting as a main contact for the external auditors

THE PERSON
Be a fully qualified accountant through ACCA, ACA or CIMA
Have at least three years’ experience in a management accounting position

Be confident preparing budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
Have advanced Excel skills, including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP and PivotTables
Be able to interpret financial information and explain the key points clearly
Have excellent attention to detail and a consistent approach to accuracy
Be organised and able to manage several priorities while meeting reporting deadlines
Communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance colleagues
Be able to work independently, resolve problems and improve existing processes
Build positive working relationships with budget holders and colleagues throughout the organisation

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join a well-established biotech company using large-scale genetic data and AI to predict disease risk and advance precision healthcare.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of Jira Service Management, ensuring workflows, processes and integrations are successfully delivered within a live operational environment.
This is a 6-month contract-based role offering hybrid / remote working options, salary range of £450 - £600 per day and benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Working closely with technical teams, implementation specialists and business stakeholders to deliver Jira Service Management solutions.
* Leading Business Analysis activities throughout the implementation phase, including workflow design, process documentation and delivery support.
* Supporting the transition of an Access Governance function onto Jira Service Management using established workflows and operational processes.
* Creating and maintaining process maps, workflow documentation, user stories, implementation tickets and acceptance criteria.

What we are looking for:

* Strong Business Analysis experience within system implementation, digital transformation or operational change programmes.
* Experience working with HubSpot integrations.
* Previous involvement in projects that have progressed from discovery through to implementation and delivery.
* Strong skills in workflow design, process mapping and business documentation.
* Experience supporting system integrations, including API-related analysis.
* Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, workflow automation and service delivery models.
* Experience producing training materials, operational procedures and implementation documentation.
