Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Planning:
Support the production of daily and forward schedules for Area Supervisors using the Company's planning platform (FLS VISITOUR)
Learn how to optimise travel time, workload distribution and colleague utilisation across the field operation
Support the planning team in responding to day-to-day operational changes including sickness, emergencies, customer requests and business priorities
Develop an understanding of how planning decisions balance contractual priorities, colleague wellbeing and operational efficiency
Work alongside the Operations Planning Manager and Planning coordinator to ensure all business requirements are met by the field team
Assist with monitoring planning performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
Central Operations Support:
Support the mobilisation of new customer contracts through planning and operational coordination
Assist in producing operational reporting and performance analysis using Microsoft Excel
Support continuous improvement initiatives across Central Operations
Learn how planning software and technology support operational delivery, working alongside software suppliers where appropriate.
Assist with maintaining operational procedures, documentation and best practice

To ensure that material heat numbers, etc., are recorded on applicable route cards
Responsible for the maintenance of the stores to a company standard and acceptable level of tidiness, and in line with health & safety at Barton Firtop sites
