GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE. The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade. This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects. Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment. This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services. Services include air checks, checking operation of dispensing equipment, and assisting with job service. The DST position covers a respective territory however they position may also be required to travel into other select territories upon request. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.). When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Travel up to 50% of the time. Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required. Flexible schedule. This includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines. The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment. Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials. Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc. Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures. Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program. Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations. Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.
EDUCATION:
No high school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Basic computer skills required (Windows familiarity). LEAN and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective team player, self-motivated, and quick learner. Ability to read, write and comprehend batch making processes.

Plan and manage the welfare of all animals and birds at the farm through routine and responsive inspection and care, including feeding, cleaning and watering. The postholder is responsible for the health, wellbeing and sustainability of stock on the farm.
Provide strong and clear leadership of the farm staff team and volunteers, promoting a positive, supportive and enjoyable environment to work in. Liaise with the Farm Steering Group and staff team, ensuring clear communication and maximising opportunities for service users to be at the heart of decision making processes.To monitor and be responsible for overseeing site security and bio-security measures for the safety of the animals, visiting members of the public, site partners and staff.Accountable for compliance with Government legislation and requirements related to farm management and maintain all required records necessary for good farm practice and management and adhere to the Industry Codes of Practice, Environmental Health recommendations, Defra regulations and other legislation as appropriate. Work with local interest groups to promote sustainable farm management, conservation techniques and rural skills. Promote the aims and objectives of the farm and present a positive image through good public relations, communication with visitors, service users and the local community etc.
